These clauses cover every subscription sold through this storefront. They are kept short on purpose. Whatever narrows the reach of a service is written on that service wing page, and those limits carry the weight of a clause.

A line is a rolling monthly service, measured in the unit shown next to it. It is not a perpetual right, it hands you no vendor software of your own, and it carries no project work that has not been written down and agreed.
The wing pages form part of this contract. Every one of them carries a scope block marking the outer boundary it reaches. Read them at the buying stage rather than the arguing stage. They exist to be relied upon.
A card that declines gets retried, and you hear about it. Leave it long enough and the subscription may be paused. Before that happens we make a serious effort to reach a person, because turning off a practice defenses over a card that simply expired serves nobody at all.
Restarting a paused service can require redeployment work. Backup retention while a service is paused follows the configuration on the line, which is a solid reason not to let a pause run long.
Run the service carefully and competently. Operate the platforms beneath it properly. Keep a staffed desk behind every alert and every case. Be honest with you about your own environment, including on the days when we are the ones at fault.
Where a request falls outside what you have bought, we say so directly and explain what covering it would involve, instead of quietly failing to do it.
No security arrangement stops every incident, and a vendor hinting otherwise is describing something that has never been built by anybody.

Whatever sits inside your environment is yours and your patients. We touch it only to run the service, inside the privacy notice and inside whichever business associate agreement applies. No clause here permits any other use of it.
Leave whenever you choose, from the portal or by letter. It bites at the close of whichever period is already funded. The refund page sets out where money already collected ends up.
We can pause or end the service if payment stops, if use breaks the law, or if behavior endangers our people or other customers. Except when matters are urgent, notice comes first along with room to put it right.
This contract is not fixed for all time. Material changes appear on this page under a new revision date, and where a running subscription is affected the account holder is told. Remaining on the service after a change goes live counts as agreeing to it.
One unenforceable provision does not pull down the others. Passing on enforcement one time waives nothing permanently. This contract, every wing page, and each policy linked around the site form the entire agreement covering these services. Whichever jurisdiction Fortify 24x7 is organized under supplies the governing law, and its courts hear anything contested.
